*It is imperative to me that participants doing individual or group TCTSY sessions feel supported in their healing journey. To make sure this practice is a good fit for everyone, I complete a short intake with folks before they participate in either individual or a group series. An intake consists of a registration form and a short phone call to touch base with each participant before starting TCTSY.
*Discounts and scholarships are available if you self identify as someone who has experienced financial barriers to entry due to being Black, Indigenous or a Person of Color (BIPOC), LGBTQIA+, Disabled, or have experienced financial hardship to due COVID-19 .

TCTSY at your Organization: If you are located in the greater Portland, OR area and are interested in including TCTSY into your community organization or social services community program, please contact me to set up a consultation.
